1. How to make orders from you?

Please let us know product name with type, material, dimension (or drawing), quantity, work enviroment for this part (such as speed, temperature, pressure etc).
For example, you need a quotation for o ring, let us know the material, size (or drawing), quantity for each size. If you are not sure the material, tell us the oring work enviorment, temparture, pressure, we will recommand the suitable material professionally.
After confirmed all the informations, we will send you a proforma invoice.
2. What types of material can you produce? And what products range you produce?

NBR, FKM, Silicone, EPDM, HNBR, CR, PEEK, PTFE, PU, ACM, AEM, POM, TPE, TPEE, PA6 and Aflas etc.
Our products are O-rings, Oil Seals (Rotary Sealing Rings), Hydraulic & Pneumatic Seals (Rod Seal, Piston Seal, Wiper Seal, Buffer Rings, Guide Ring), Flat Gasket, Customized Seals, End Cap, Engine Cylinder Head Seal Kits, Cushion, Bushing Assembly, Buffer Shock Absorber, Intake Bellows, Radiator Pipe, Heater Water Pipe, Fuel Hose, Dust Cover (Cap), Rubber Blocks and Pads (Gaskets) Etc.
3. What is your standard packing?

All the goods will be packed by carton box and loaded with pallets. Special packing method can be accepted when needed.
4. Do you have ODM service?

We provide OEM & ODM service, standard and non-standard sizes are acceptable.
5. what kind of certificates you have ?

ISO/TS16949.

We have various rubber compounds approved by ROHS and REACH.
6: How to check the quality of the bulk order?

We provide preproduction samples before mass production for all customers if needed.

We accept third party inspection such as TUV, INTERTEK, BV, etc.
7: Do you use any international standards for the rubber products?

Yes, we mainly use ASTM D2000 standard to define the quality of the rubber materials, tolerances as per ISO3302, ISO2768, etc.
8: What materials are available to produce from your side?

NBR, EPDM, SILICONE, FPM(FKM), NEOPRENE(CR), NR, IIR, SBR, ACM, AEM, Fluorosilicone(FVMQ), FFKM, Liquid Silicone, Sponge, etc.
9: Do you provide maintenance on tooling?

We maintain all tooling and will replace as needed.
10. Do you have samples before order?

Yes, we have samples for your reference.
